Online Cutter

AMPL has designed high speed servo motor cutters to cut the product into accurate lengths and exact right angle cuts. Extruded bar from the extruder passes onto a roller conveyor and gets cut in a cutting zone. Individual cakes are then taken away by a belt conveyor, the speed of which is synchronised with the line speed of the extruding bar. The whole synchronisation is controlled by PLC operated circuit.

Note

For lower capacity plants, pneumatically operated cutter is available with maximum number of cuts being 100/min.
Output per hour varies according to size & weight of the individual cake.
