- Top dish with light and site glass and material feed nozzle .
- Bottom dish with 50 NB discharge nozzle with flush bottom ball valve
- heating range 30 to 400 deg centigrade,
- heating media thermic fluid .
- Properly insulated .
- Discharge pipe connected to drum Flaker bottom feed tray having heating arrangement to maintain material temp up to 400 deg with proper insulation.
- DRIVE : 2 HP geared motor with VFD . RPM range 10 to 50 (adjustable).

- FEED SYETEM : Bottom feed tray as well as top feed arrangement.
- HEATING RANGE - *30 to 400 deg centigrade for bottom feed and top feed. Also for entire air tight hood for melting any deposits during flaking on inner surface of hood . Properly insulated
- DRUM COOLING ARRANGEMENT:By water at room temperature through double pass rotary union at non drive end .
- DRIVE : 2 HP geared motor with VFD . RPM range 1 to 10 (adjustable). –

Flaker trials can be done at our works with your material . System will be set by us as per your process parameters . Trial charges depend on amount of utilities consumed .
