Activities & Scope of Work
Alisha Machines was established in 1989 as one of the leading designers, engineers and manufacturers of toilet/laundry/ detergent soap and powder manufacturing plant and machinery from capacity 50 Kgs/hr. Range of activities and services offered by the company is as under.
Manufacturing :
To undertake complete designing engineering, manufacturing and turkey instalations for soap and allied industries. This covers building plans, plant layouts, utilities installations, development of accessories specially required by buyers. The entire manufacturing is looked after by skilled shop floor technicians and mechanics having more than 15 yrs experience in the industry.
Re installation and Re-engineering of used projects :
Complete assistance is provided to shift and re-install the whole project in case of purchase of used plants. This includes dismantling the machinery / equipments / pipe lines/utilities and shifting them to desired location for re- installation and commissioning. We take care of modernizing such plants during reinstallation by - incorporating new designs/techniques developed by our technical team.
Formulation / raw material sourcing and product
development :
We help new entrants to locate global raw material sources from our database. We also help them to develop their products by fixing formulations as per their market needs.
Overhaul and maintenance of existing plants :
This is a special package offered by us for soap makers. This includes annual maintenance contract which covers quarterly visit of our technicians to the plant to check machinery performance, complete lubrication, supply of spares required, reduction in utility requirements.
Batch and process automation :
Our company has expertise in complete automation of batching as well as entire process. A wide range of sophisticated instrumentations is done for maximum accuracy. This achieves minimum labour utilization as well as fool proofing also. Our equipments and machinery are designed specially to adopt space for instrumentation.
Quality
We, Alisha Machines , conduct stringent quality control checks over the
production. Since 90% of our products are exported to various
countries, therefore we lay special emphasis over the quality of
our produced products. All our products are in accordance with
the leading global inspection agencies including; S.G.S. Comic ,
EIL and more.
Moreover, we practice stage-wise inspection, which includes
inspection of metals lime stainless steel / mild steel /
castings. All the products undergo laboratory testing like
mechanical and chemical properties , ultrasound teats for crack
detection and more. We conduct live mechanical trials for bought
out items like boilers / coolers / chillers / pumps at vendors
workshops . Furthermore, we conduct on load trials to ensure fit
& fine of our machines prior to dispatch . We also provide
all test certificates and reports with the machines & our
instruction and operation manuals are prepared by the team of
our experienced engineers.
